This one’s gonna be a shortie because I’m trying to find myself a new house with 25 days notice from my landlord. Yikes!
Anyhow, I’m looking around at houses and availability is no good. There’s a 1% open rate in my town, and we’re headed into summer which means lots of parents trying to get their kids settled before the new school year starts.
I’ve met lots of realtors. They’re mostly pretty good.
But if there’s only one message they could give me, this is what I’d like to hear:
I appreciate you. I respect you. This is going to be a good time.
Nobody has said that to me yet. It’s kinda stressing me out.
It’s not hard to say, “Thanks for your time today. I respect that this is a big deal to you. You can relax, I’ve got this handled.”
(I’ll bet they’d make more money, if they’d add that to their script.)
By the way, these are the primary messages for the 3 MOST popular (and common) Buyer Types.
And since the vast majority of Buyers fall into one of these 3 categories, it just makes sense to touch on all these messages as often as possible.
The 3 most common buyer types are:
- “Love Me”
- “Respect Me”
- “Entertain Me”
